Property Management

Our Property Maintenance division specializes in complete grounds maintenance for both commercial sites and neighborhoods/HOA communities. Within the Maintenance division there is a Horticulture department, an Enhancement department and a Snow Operations department.  Our Horticultural department implements our Integrated Pest Management Program and is responsible for all applications of pesticide, fertilizer, seed, and lime. This department is also responsible for our plant health care program. Our Enhancement department designs and installs flower rotations, performs small-scale landscape improvement projects and is our "rapid response team" to customer concerns.
